1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ODIYA ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ODIYA is a location-sharing tool designed to help users share their geographic location with trusted contacts during emergencies. The App provides:

• Real-time location sharing via SMS and messaging apps
• Nearby landmark and brand detection for easier identification
• Photo attachment capability for additional context

3. Not an Emergency Service

ODIYA is NOT an emergency service and does NOT contact 911, police, fire, ambulance, or any emergency responders. The App does not replace calling emergency services. In any emergency, always call your local emergency number (e.g., 911 in the US) first.

4. Location Data

ODIYA accesses your device location only when you actively use the App. Location data is used solely to generate your emergency message and is not stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring your device has an active internet connection and location services enabled
• Verifying the accuracy of shared location information
• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not misusing the App for false or fraudulent emergency reports

6. Limitation of Liability

ODIYA and HARUDAOL LLC are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to delays in location sharing, inaccurate location data, or failure to deliver messages.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
